- Professional experience at least 3 years in related field
- Professional experience at least 2 years in Managerial Level
- Experienced working in a cruise ship is an advantage
- Has a wide network related to the Cruise industry
- Excellent communication and analysis skill
- Proficient in using Ms. Excel, Word
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
